Live More Fully
I have over twelve years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, OCD, depression, life transitions, overwhelm and chronic health challenges. My approach is both compassionate and active—creating a safe, non-judgmental space for reflection while also encouraging meaningful growth and change.
My work is guided by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a behavioral therapy that helps us make space for discomfort while moving toward what matters most. Rather than waiting for your thoughts or feelings to change, ACT helps you build the skills to live meaningfully in the presence of struggle. Through ACT, we learn to notice what we’re feeding ourselves, to choose what sustains us, and to treat our minds with care and compassion.

Individual Psychotherapy
A calm, supportive space to explore what’s been weighing on you. In individual sessions, we work collaboratively to understand your patterns, strengthen your coping skills, and help you feel more grounded in your day-to-day life. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or simply feeling overwhelmed, therapy offers a place to slow down, reflect, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling way of living. Therapy sessions are held weekly for 50-minutes.

Group Therapy & Workshops
A space to learn, connect, and grow alongside others who understand similar challenges. Groups and workshops at Thoughtful Practice blend education, skill-building, and supportive community. Together, we explore practical tools for managing stress, navigating perfectionism, improving emotional resilience, and pursuing a life worth living. These experiences are non-judgmental, collaborative, and designed to help you feel less alone and more confident applying new skills in real life.
